My Method
- I start from my own use. Every comparison answers a question I asked myself for one of my companies.
- I go to the source. Official texts, terms and conditions, price lists, and the websites of the relevant authorities (IRS, secretaries of state, tax authorities), not secondhand summaries.
- The total cost, not the advertised price. Setup fees, annual fees, hidden fees, exit costs.
- When I haven’t used a service myself, I say so, and I then rely on its terms, its pricing, and verified reviews.
